A Zen setting and atmosphere, a play of aromas and lights... Espace Vitality is much more than a simple massage centre: it is a unique place of profound calm where well-being is orchestrated from A to Z. Your massage therapist will welcome you personally in order to find out about your expectations and your needs. You will then be invited into the space to begin a massage performed solely with professional equipment (electric massage, massaging reflexology chair, futon, etc.).
Each massage ends with the application of hot towels on your face and the back of your neck, creating a sensation of extreme well-being.
The centre also adds the little touches to the major items to offer you top quality service. Thus we give you the possibility of taking a "Rain Shower" or "Aqua Relax" shower before or after your session. A cool drink or an herbal team will also be offered to you after your massage.
Each appointment is spaced out by 45 minutes. This flexibility allows you to benefit from your massage time without tension or hurry, and also promotes listening and dialogue. In order to fully appreciate your massage, therefore, we recommend that you arrive punctually. In the event that you cannot come, it is highly recommended that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.
The following types of massage are performed at the centre: amma, Californian, anti-stress, cranial,thaï shiatsu, hot stones, reflexology including deep cleansing of the back, face or feet, and a facial massage with hot oils.
